The Land of Enchantment BMW Riders club welcomes you to the 2025 annual Bavarian Mountain Weekend Rally, one of the most unique takes on a BMW and all-brand motorcycle rally in the West. Our rally is held at the Down Home Lodge, in the northern New Mexico mountain town of Chama, which offers beautiful riverfront views and awesome roads for riding!

Our rally officially begins on Thursday afternoon, Sept 11, and ends Sunday morning, Sept 14.
We have fourteen ride routes for local rides as well as all-day rides all over Northern New Mexico and they are available for download in GPX, Rever App, Google Maps, and paper maps.
You must have a blue rally wristband for proof of registration and ticket number for door prizes. Purchase extra raffle tickets for better chances of winning our wonderful gift certificates and prizes from our supporters.
Please, register first for campsite/lodging at the Down Home Lodge main office.
AT THE RALLY
• Free coffee available in the kitchen
• Superb on-site camping for a fee of $30/night, arranged through Down Home Lodge
• Some RV spaces with hookups and dry camping are available, call the Lodge
• Grand prizes awarded Saturday night
• Mexican cuisine prepared by authentic Northern New Mexico cooks for Friday night dinner, Saturday and Sunday mornings.
• Music and presentations every night to accompany lots of "Kicking Tires and Telling Lies" and socializing.
Also available near the Down Home Lodge:
• Convenience stores and Gas Stations selling gasoline, beverages, and a limited food selection.
• Other restaurants and stores are in town.

*Camping is available in most of the campground, but not directly in front of the kitchen or shower/lavatory buildings.
*Campers may use the community showers 24 hours/day.
*RESTROOMS are located up the hill, in the Shower/Lavatory building. Open 24hrs.
*There is free internet available provided by LOEBMWR at the main building and from the Down Home Lodge, Passwords available at registration.
*You may post items you have for private sale on the bulletin board in the Registration Area. You must handle all arrangements to sell items on your own.
*The Lodge has a small variety of snacks and ice-cream for sale in the main office.
*There is gas for your bike at several gas stations in town.
*BMW MOA has a promotion for renewal of members and new members get the first year free. See John Dillon for details.

- Guided Pavement Ride for Saturday. UPDATE : After further discussion, the Guided Pavement Ride will be Ride 2 (Tierra Amarilla - Antonito Loop). The Loop 1 will NOT be guided but the route outline is here in case attendees wish to enjoy it! Sign up for the Guided Ride at Registration. Lunch at this ride is tentatively planned for The Red Bear Haus in Antonito, CO depending on the number of riders signed up.
